Job Description:
The position of Project Delivery Specialist is open to experienced professionals seeking a challenging role in project management. The ideal candidate will oversee the execution of various projects across different sectors, with a focus on data centers. This involves managing contractual aspects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Contract Negotiation & Administration: Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring all terms are agreed upon and adhered to.
2. Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, implementing cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
3. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or issues.
4. Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress.
5. Quality Control: Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring work meets high standards and client expectations.
6. Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management, including progress reports, financial status, and any potential issues or delays.
7. Final Accounts: Ensure final accounts are completed and agreed upon, resolving any outstanding contractual matters.
8. Safety: Ensure safety is monitored with all subcontractors and report any concerns or issues to the Safety Consultant and Senior Management.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Delivery Specialist or similar role within the construction industry, particularly in commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and construction industry standards. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred). Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
