Business Development Leader

* Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth.
* Manage and mentor two direct reports: Customer Relations Manager and Sales Manager.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data for strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership:
o Owning the sales growth trajectory and aligning departmental efforts with the expansion plan.
o Working closely with the CEO on budgets, forecasts, and long-term goals.
* Team Management & Mentoring:
o Leading, mentoring, and managing the sales team, providing guidance to the Sales Manager and Customer Relations Manager.
o Ensuring team members have necessary skills and resources to meet targets.
* Customer Portfolio Management:
o Managing and developing key accounts, driving revenue, and strengthening relationships.
o Overseeing the sales manager responsible for their own portfolio of accounts.
Candidate Profile:
* Proven track record in senior sales roles, preferably in food ingredients or B2B manufacturing.
* Able to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve growth targets.
* Entrepreneurial drive with a positive attitude and high-performance culture mindset.
