Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with varying needs.
Clients require assistance with daily living tasks, including physical and emotional well-being. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented effectively.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
* Assisting with cognitive rehabilitation programs designed to improve functional abilities and promote independence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Health or Social Care qualification (e.g., third-level degree in Psychology, Social Care, Social Work).
* FETAC Level 5 – Full Health Care Major Award (8 modules completed) or equivalent experience.
