About this Opportunity
You will have overall responsibility for the management of all supply chain, procurement and warehouse activities across the site. You will lead and manage the function, ensuring the successful delivery of customer requirements ensuring supply chain excellence in line with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence

Lead and manage the Supply Chain, Procurement and Warehouse team to deliver on time and within budget across all operational and commercial targets
Ensure full compliance with environmental, regulatory, cGMP, SOP, and company standards, adapting to new and evolving requirements
Oversee team training and development to maintain high levels of capability, compliance, and performance
Manage departmental budgets, cost centres, and resource allocation to support business objectives
Drive inventory optimisation, cost control, and overall supply chain efficiency

Continuous Improvement & Strategy

Champion a culture of continuous improvement across supply chain operations, including cost reduction, forecasting accuracy, supplier performance, and process optimisation
Lead initiatives in change management, in-sourcing, and procedural enhancements
Deliver key strategic projects aligned with long-term business goals

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a key member of the extended leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and business performance
Provide cross-functional support on major projects and organisational initiatives
Establish and track departmental performance metrics to drive accountability and results
Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance and progressive culture

About you

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business or related discipline
Experience in people management and leadership positions
Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP systems and best-practice business processes
Experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment desirable
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive collaboration across teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning
Adaptable and solutions-oriented, with a focus on delivering results
