leading global technology company
to hire a
Legal Operations Program Manager
to join their EMEA Legal Operations team. This is a senior-level role focused on
outside counsel management, vendor management, legal pricing, and project management
.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver outside counsel panel programs from initiation through completion.
* Act as the right-hand partner to the CWAM (Contingent Workforce Account Manager) in managing external panel programs.
* Conduct legal market analysis and benchmarking to support rate negotiations with law firms.
* Develop training materials and documentation for EMEA Legal teams.
* Integrate negotiated value-add services into BAU processes.
* Oversee legal spend tracking, reporting, and related data analysis.
* Maintain and update Google Hub and SharePoint sites.
* Provide ad hoc support to the EMEA Legal Operations Manager and senior stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Communications).
Requirements
* 8–10 years of overall professional experience, including at least 5 years in legal pricing, sourcing, or project management.
* Strong background in pricing within a law firm environment, including AFAs and contract negotiations.
* Prior experience in both in-house legal departments and law firms/legal service providers (EMEA region).
* Financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, accruals, and reporting in large organizations.
* Advanced skills with Google Workspace, SharePoint, Power BI (Tableau a plus).
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting to senior leadership.
* Proven ability to deliver process improvements and manage complex projects end-to-end.
