execute marketing initiatives across digital platforms (social media, email, in-house channels) while ensuring alignment with brand voice and business objectives.Content & Creative Design – Create, source, and manage engaging visual and written content for websites, social media, email, OTAs, and internal displays, maintaining high creativity and brand consistency.Website & Third-Party Platform Management – Maintain and enhance hotel and restaurant websites; oversee third-party tools (Asksuite, OAKY, Foresight); ensure accurate content and imagery across OTA listings and in-house systems.SEO & Analytics – Apply SEO best practices and monitor digital performance using analytics tools, producing insights to guide improvements and strategic decision-making.Strategic & Administrative Support – Assist with budget monitoring, vendor coordination, reporting, and identifying new digital opportunities to strengthen competitiveness.KnowledgeBe fully aware of the hotel's products and services and those of the competitive set locally and nationally.Understand hotel pricing structure and be familiar with current rates in the market.Understand hotel seasonality, need periods, and periods of high demand.Develop an understanding of the corporate travel market, including Global Distribution Systems as a channel to the corporate market.Develop an understanding of social media communications.Ability to work on own initiative.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Digital StrategyBe part of the social media team and deal with agencies who undertake social media.Coordinate with PR and creative agencies to amplify brand voice.Create multimedia content: static graphics, animated assets, short-form videos like reels.Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies via social analytics and KPI dashboards.Manage email marketing, newsletters, and CRM-driven communication.Ensure brand is portrayed correctly on all channels.Ensure that internal TV videos are updated and distributed when necessary.Support the creation and updating of marketing plans for hotels and restaurants.Provide creative input to upcoming sales, designs, and idea creation for the best content and visual assets.Web & UX DesignMaintain and enhance website content and structure for all hotel brands and restaurants.Implement design updates, ensuring consistent brand visual identity.Ensure mobile responsiveness and optimal loading performance.Collaborate with UX/UI designers or developers on layout improvements.Conduct basic troubleshooting, site maintenance, and testing.Review websites monthly to ensure everything is up to date.Explore new ways to enhance websites for hotels and restaurants.Third-Party ToolsLead on the Asksuite set of tools for websites.OAKY – ensure relevant options are correct and provide ideas for more packages that could be offered.Foresight – become involved with this tool and provide input to the CRM maps for hotels and restaurants.OTAs – perform regular checks to ensure correct images are listed.In-house TVs – assist the team with updating systems and visual displays.SEO & AnalyticsOptimize on-page and off-page SEO: meta tags, keywords, structured content (as required for restaurants).Track site and campaign metrics using Google Analytics and related tools.Generate performance reports and actionable insights for management.Brand Consistency & Creative Asset ManagementApply visual branding across digital touchpoints: ads, email templates, web pages.Manage asset library—photos, video, case studies—for team and external use.Ensure consistent application of brand tone and design across all communications.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, operations, and sales teams to align digital efforts with business strategy.Coordinate with external suppliers such as photographers, videographers, developers, and printers.Support seasonal campaigns, physical collateral design, and hotel events.Strategic & Administrative SupportAssist in budget planning and tracking for digital campaigns.Stay abreast of digital and hospitality marketing trends for innovation.Handle vendor relationships, performance reporting, and administrative tasks as required.Brand StandardsEnsure all printed material, advertising, and promotions are approved before issuing.Ensure that all branded material used in or circulated from the hotel is in line with brand standards.Promote all marketing initiatives where appropriate.Ensure agreed levels of branded stock are available, and all hotel publicity material is monitored.Quality & Customer ServiceWork with the hotel team to ensure new and existing companies are looked after and receive excellent service to grow loyal customer relationships.Deal with any queries or complaints that may arise in a professional and efficient manner, notifying the relevant manager of any issues.Communication, Teamwork & LeadershipTo attend weekly/monthly sales meetings & regular meetings with the management team as requested.To lead by example, specifically with regard to personal presentation, punctuality, attendance, application to work, team work and customer care.To be flexible with regard to working hours, travel and place of work.To be conscious of expenditure in relation to travel, accommodation etc, and to find the best
