The Role
1. Preparation of reports according to manufacturer guidelines.
2. Provide engineering and technical support to plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute full lifecycle commissioning of critical facilities in Dublin, Ireland/Europe.
3. Witness static & dynamic testing of complex mechanical, electrical, and control systems where required.
4. Perform test procedures.
5. Interact with contractors, interpreting design and specifications.
6. Conduct site observation surveys and prepare field reports on project status and completion, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
7. Prepare punch list reports and determine corrective measures for on-site problems.
8. Prepare general condition survey reports.
9. Familiarize oneself with relevant codes, local project regulations, construction practices, and the latest equipment functional concepts.
10. Adhere to all project safety requirements, including specific on-site regulations.
11. Perform routine calculations.
12. Act as project coordinator with other field engineers, managing printing, presentation, and administrative procedures.
13. Review shop drawings and submissions.
Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in VRF, HVRF, DX, splits, BACnet, and HVAC systems.
* Good knowledge of Mitsubishi systems is essential.
* Fluent in both written and spoken English.
* Ability to handle high-level construction projects.
* Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
* Willingness to travel within Europe (e.g., Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands).
* F-Gas certification.
* Work well under pressure.
