We are seeking
two experienced Project Engineers
to join a well-established project management team at a rapidly growing medical device facility in the South East. These roles offer the opportunity to lead and execute a diverse portfolio of engineering projects, including machine introductions, production line moves, and validation assessments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
* Define and execute validation activities across projects.
* Write and manage validation protocols, URS documentation, and secure approvals.
* Manage project procurement activities, including raising and processing purchase orders.
* Deliver projects ranging from 2–6 months in duration to multi year projects, balancing multiple initiatives concurrently.
* Drive execution of machine introductions and line transfers to site.
* Ensure all validation and compliance requirements are met during project delivery.
* Report into the PM Group Leader, providing updates on project status and milestones.
Requirements
* 5+ years' engineering experience
, ideally within a medical device or regulated manufacturing environment.
* Proven ability to
manage and deliver projects
successfully without the need for formal PMP certification.
* Strong project management and organisational skills, with a track record of running cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrated experience in drafting and managing URS documentation, validation protocols, and securing sign-offs.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Contract Details
* 12 months (contract)
* Hybrid (3+ days onsite required)
