Platform industrial strategy
* Consolidate the Mid-Term Plan for its platform in coordination with RO industrial directors and sites managers
* Contribute on SPP (Strategic Product Planning) for process development
* Propose footprint for New Project Approval
* Define and update the technology roadmap for its Platform
* Lead Make-or-Buy analysis
* Ensure that the Industrial Strategy of the platform is in-line with the PG Strategy
* Contribute to the platform Expert roadmap
Platform process development, standardization & know-how capitalization
* Manage the Platform Process PTMs
* Ensure New process bricks development and validation according to Group procedure
* Attend to Industrial Validation Committees of site on request and in case of escalation
* Support RAISE through process standard creation, Product & Process Design review, and Follow dedicated open items
* Support benchmarking activity
* Support project team in front of customer communication related to Platform process / issues
Platform capacity, investment plan and performance management
* Collect and measure line capacity on a monthly basis and propose arbitration to PG industrial director
* Collect and measure industrial performance per site & technology (TRP, NQC, Efficiency, cycle time) & Share best practices
* Consolidate surface and equipment needs for its Platform
* Provide first inputs to PG Industrial director for line transfer or technology deployment (projects list)
* Validate sites investment plan through MTP & Budget, IAR, CAA approvals and define priorities in order to reduce CAPEX
* Contribute to define new machines & toolings suppliers panel and standard with Process Platform
* Attend on Pre-SOCO & SOCO for its Platform
