Site Manager - Residential Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractors and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
* Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
* Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely and effective manner.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
* Manage site documentation, including contracts, permits, and safety records.
* Lead and motivate the site team to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of quality construction.
Requirements:
* A degree in a construction-related field or come from a trade background.
* Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in residential construction.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
* Longevity in previous roles is desired.
* Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
* A valid driving license and the ability to travel to various sites if required.
