Seeking an experienced quantity surveyor to join our team in Cork. As a key member of our Capital and Estates department, you will provide professional advice and guidance on the built environment.
Responsibilities:
5. Provide strategic advice and guidance on the built environment
6. Manage capital programme and project management of same
7. Procure professional design services, construction works and equipment
Requirements:
8. Candidates must hold a Level 8 (or higher) Quality & Qualifications Ireland (QQI) major academic award in Quantity Surveying accredited by the relevant Professional Institute
9. Have at least 7 years satisfactory & relevant experience fulfilling the role of a Quantity Surveyor with either a contractor organisation or a private consultancy business
