Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ashbourne for a Reservations & Revenue Manager. The primary responsibilities will include managing the hotel's reservations and optimizing revenue through effective pricing, inventory management, and forecasting. The role involves analyzing market trends, preparing revenue reports, implementing pricing strategies, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals. Ensuring excellent communication with guests and maintaining an efficient booking experience are central to the position.

* Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and generate data-driven decisions.
