Head of Procurement
An exciting opportunity to join a high‑performing team at O'Callaghan Collection with overall responsibility for procurement matters for all four Dublin hotels and the Elliott hotel in Gibraltar.
Key Responsibilities

Development, implementation and ongoing management of the procurement strategy and sourcing of suppliers
Lead the development and implementation of procurement policies and systems to support effective tendering, procurement, contracts management, spend analytics and supplier performance management
Liaise with key company employees to determine their product and service needs
Drive continuous improvement in procurement practices and systems, best value and quality improvements
Develop effective collaborative relationships with key suppliers whilst ensuring best value for money
Promote procurement best practice across the organisation through continuous improvement
Oversee effective stock control and management across operational departments
Oversee EPOS and related controls

Qualification & Experience
Qualification in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement is preferred but not a necessity. A minimum of five years of purchasing experience, with a preference in hospitality. Good knowledge of procurement systems (ideally Procure Wizard) and MS Office. Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills; strong analytical skills and commercial awareness; understanding of supply chain systems and processes.
