We are presently recruiting a Customer & Product Experience Advisor for our clients, main dealership representing one of Ireland's leading automotive brands in Tralee, County Kerry. You will act as the trusted advisor for customers and will ensure they receive expert guidance throughout their sales, service, and ownership journey. This is an ideal position to develop your knowledge in the motor se ctor and progress into a career in Sales.
Responsibilities:
1. Welcome and support customers in the showroom, service area, and digital channels.
2. Provide detailed product knowledge on vehicles, technology, and aftersales services.
3. Guide customers through features, connected services, and new model launches.
4. Handle queries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution.
5. Assist in vehicle handovers to ensure customers fully understand their car's features.
6. Collect and share customer feedback to help enhance dealership and brand experience.
7. Support marketing and customer engagement events within the dealership.
8. Maintain accurate records on the CRM system and follow up proactively with customers.
The person:
9. Must hold a clean, Full irish Driving Licence.
10. Previous experience in customer service, automotive retail, or a related sector is highly desired.
11. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an Enthusiasm for cars, technology and customer-first mindset is essential.
12. Proficient with CRM systems, digital tools, and MS Office is essential.
