About the job Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for and assisting with the following duties...
Processing invoices and managing accounts payable and receivable, Maintain accurate financial records and documentation, including data entry into accounting software.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Support month-end closing Bank account and credit card reconciliations.
Payroll processing Preparation of statutory reports (VAT, EC Sales, Intrastat) Your skills & experience Proficiency in accounting software package Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel is essential At least 2 years experience in a similar accounts role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
