Project Scheduler Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our organization on a large-scale commercial build in the Cork Region. The successful candidate will play a key part in developing and managing integrated construction schedules across CSA and MEP disciplines, ensuring seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across all phases and disciplines.
* Coordinate inputs from multiple teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.
* Monitor progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
* Implement and manage progress measurement systems.
* Presentation of schedule updates and control procedures to internal teams and clients.
* Analyse schedule data using filters, lookaheads, histograms, and S-curves.
* Collaboration with site management and project teams.
* Generate forecasts, variance reports, and project documentation.
Requirements:
* A relevant third-level qualification.
* 45 years experience in a planning role within the construction industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera.
* Strong understanding of Civil, M&E, and Fit-Out works.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
