About The Role:
Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Property Coordinator to join our team, based in our Head Office in Galway. This role involves managing properties in the UK and Ireland, with occasional travel required.
* Liaising with landlords or managing agents on operational issues affecting our stores.
* Liaising with service charge consultants to identify and tackle problems.
* Disputing problem costs and handling ongoing or major dispute issues with landlords.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, without micromanagement. They should also be conscientious, discreet, and willing to protect confidential information.
* Able to network confidently and diplomatically, with basic computer skills.
* Experience negotiating and liaising with others by phone and face-to-face is preferred.
