We’ve partnered with a leading organisation within the manufacturing sector who are currently seeking a senior risk expert to join their Dubli team on a hybrid basis. This is an opportunity to shape and lead enterprise-wide risk strategy within a complex, growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide risk management framework and strategy
Identify, assess, and manage strategic and operational risks
Develop and implement risk policies and procedures
Deliver risk reporting to senior leadership and board level
Promote a strong risk culture across the organisation
Support business continuity and crisis management planning
Collaborate with key second line functions
Key Skills
Proven experience in a senior risk leadership role
Strong knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks and best practices
Experience within pharma manufacturing or a regulated environment
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Analytical, commercial, and solution-oriented mindset
