You'll be responsible for the execution, reporting and optimization of CRM communications to our B2C customer base, including emails, push notifications and web banners.
You'll use the best practices to improve the main KPIs of database growth, revenue, cross-sell, upsell, retention and Customer Lifetime Value.
What we need you to do: Execute on our Segmentation and CRM Strategy, to drive incremental transactions from our customer base.Drive engagement, retention and referral and customer lifetime value metrics; converting new users into customers and customers into evangelists.Continually track KPIs against targets, A/B test and optimize customer touchpoints to improve customer experience and increase overall revenue.Deliver on our CRM strategy to convey effective messaging, upsell and cross sell across the customer journey.
Right message, right channel, right time.Execute on our early lifecycles, loyalty, referral and winback programs where appropriate.Ensures all learnings, best practice, training and governance is implemented across all markets.What we are looking for: 3-5 years' experience working in a CRM team with a solid understanding of CRM fundamentals.Experience working with a large-scale ESP/CRM tools and expertise in marketing automation systems (Emarsys experience preferred).Excellent communication skills and the flexibility to thrive in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing scale-up company.Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data and turn it into actionable initiatives.Ability to derive actionable insights from raw data, hands-on experience on analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Appsflyer.Fluent English required, additional languages are a plus.Ding is committed to creating equal employment opportunities in the workplace.
