As part of our continued growth at an exciting time, we are seeking a dynamic Business Partner Manager (BPM) to join our successful team, where you will be instrumental in expanding our network and enhancing our offerings through our strategic partnerships.

In this role, you will manage existing relationships, develop new partnerships and oversee the integration and execution of partnership strategies. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and customer satisfaction.

JOB TITLE:
Business Partner Manager – MFP and Barcode - Ireland

DEPARTMENT:
Indirect Sales and Barcode

REPORTS TO:
Head of Indirect Sales (dotted line to Head of Barcode Sales)

LOCATION:
Field-based in Republic of Ireland (requirement to travel to UK occasionally)

RESPONSIBILITIES
.

* Manage and build on existing partner relationships.
* Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and professional services teams, to develop partnership and distribution strategies for our Partner network.
* Develop a scalable model for formalising partnerships through our business partner programmes.
* Identify, develop relationships, and negotiate deals with new partners.
* Develop comprehensive business plans to include, local PR activity, linking with local business networks targeting new revenue streams.
* Take ownership of partnerships reporting and performance.
* Ensure partnerships deliver on promises to customers.
* To build and maintain influential relationships across all levels of dealer contacts.
* Work effectively cross-functionally within Toshiba to realise opportunities for increasing revenues and profits.
* To continually seek opportunities to innovate the Toshiba Tec UK Imaging Systems (TUIS) dealer service proposition, utilising sector and cross-sector knowledge.
* Create influential relationships that position TUIS as a partner of choice.
* Responsible for assisting with the budget and business plans for assigned Dealers within a defined area.
* To target and recruit new dealerships.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential

* Experience of successfully building partner programmes and achieving set targets within hardware/software/SaaS/Cloud environment
* Proven experience in channel/partner management, within managed print solutions and/or barcode solutions
* Ability to articulate the value of MFP and barcode solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining relationships with resellers, distributors, and channel partners
* Strong track record of achieving sales targets, growing revenue, and managing pipelines
* Experience conducting business reviews, partner development plans, and go-to-market activities
* Background in field-based roles with frequent travel
* Commercial understanding of hardware, solutions software, and service-based offerings
* Previous exposure to Irish channel networks
* Track record of delivering solutions in a B2B partner environment
* Proven track record of influencing executive level management
* Can demonstrate leading significant business process innovation
* Sets high personal standards of integrity, trust, and customer responsiveness
* Delivers on commitments
* IT literate, excellent verbal, and written communication skills
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities
* Demonstrate an ability to understand their marketplace and tailor the Toshiba offering to enable them to differentiate and grow Toshiba market share
* High level of personal resilience

Desirable

* A good understanding of Toshiba Tec hardware and software products
* Sales and/or account management experience within a consultative sales environment
* Knowledge of vertical markets
* Knowledge of asset leasing

General

* The BPM must maintain a smart, professional personal image and work to the Toshiba standards of business conduct and ethics at all times
* Comply with all company policies, procedures, and performance standards
* Perform other such reasonable tasks and responsibilities as may from time to time be required
* Full and Valid Driving License
