Project Director
About the Role:
This position oversees the delivery of apartment and hotel projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and client satisfaction. Ideal for a driven construction professional with experience in apartments, hotels, or large-scale fit-out projects.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Analyze contract documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
* Manage client expectations and build strong professional relationships.
* Develop and manage project schedules.
* Track progress and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
* Monitor subcontractor performance.
* Collaborate with the QS to manage budgets and cost control.
* Attend and lead regular meetings.
* Coordinate procurement and supply chain activities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
* Minimum 5 years experience managing apartment, hotel, or large residential/commercial projects.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Detailed attention and technical knowledge of construction methodology.
