Job Overview:
Mobility Equipment Technician
We are seeking a skilled Mobility Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our logistics and technical services department, you will play a vital role in supporting the setup, delivery, and servicing of mobility equipment across Leinster.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fitting, assembly, or installation of mobility product orders in support of the Product Specialist.
* Delivery of orders to Leinster-based customers as required.
* Instructing clients on the use of equipment.
* Performing tasks in a timely manner to ensure all deadlines are met.
* Site drop and collection of demonstration stock as required.
* Taking responsibility for the security of mobility products.
* Supporting the Product Specialist in cycle count/stock takes.
* Liaising with Dublin, Cork, Ballymena, and Milltown warehouses regarding stock transfer.
* Liaising with Customer Service and other departments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
* Ensuring compliance with risk-assessed policies and procedures relating to IT Security, Health, and Safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Background knowledge and experience of mobility products.
* Background knowledge and experience in product assembly.
* Ability to work unsupervised while delivering a high-quality service.
* Strong administrative skills incorporating planning and organisational skills.
* Good communication skills.
* A full clean driving license.
* Garda Vetting is required for the successful candidate.
