This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality care to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. As a Social Care Worker, you will be responsible for promoting independence and person-centred planning, contributing to the day-to-day running of the service.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
* A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant area.
* A clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking.
* Experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in care.
* A working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures.
* A working knowledge of Children's First guidelines and procedures.
* A full clean manual driving license.
