Centre Manager Role:
We seek a talented and experienced leader to manage the delivery of vocational training and rehabilitation programmes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing tailored services that meet the needs of individuals in your region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the delivery of all training and development programmes to meet individual and contractual goals.
* Manage learner progression through recruitment, assessment, induction, and individualised planning.
* Ensure all training activities meet quality, compliance, and certification standards (e.g., QQI).
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employers, healthcare providers, education authorities, and community partners.
* Champion mental health strategies and ensure robust support structures are in place for learners.
* Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, promoting a high-performance, values-driven culture.
* Manage financial, staffing, and physical resources to ensure smooth centre operations.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and promote a culture of excellence across all activities.
Qualifications & Training:
A third-level degree (or equivalent) in management, business, education, social sciences, or a related field is required.
A full, clean driving licence with at least 2 years driving experience is essential.
Training in project and people management is highly desirable.
Experience:
At least 3-5 years experience in a management role (preferably in training or related services) is required.
Demonstrated experience managing diverse business models and proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams are essential.
A strong background in compliance, programme planning, and quality-focused service delivery is also required.
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent planning, forecasting, and decision-making skills are necessary.
Strong financial and analytical capabilities, confident communication skills, and IT system proficiency are also essential.
Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and meet tight deadlines is critical.
A creative and people-focused approach to leadership and service development is preferred.
