Key Responsibilities:
* Drive awareness, engagement, and improvement throughout the organization in health, safety, and welfare areas.
* Maintain site and company safety Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Develop accident reduction and prevention programs.
* Investigate accidents and identify corrective actions.
* Coordinate statutory records of examinations and transport safety audits.
Requirements:
* Postgraduate qualification with a diploma or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety.
* Minimum 5 years experience in a similar H&S management role.
* Knowledge of industrial processes and systems.
* Excellent communication and IT skills.
