Team Administrator Based full-time onsite in Blackrock. Ideally suited to candidates living along the DART line or well-served bus routes in surrounding areas. A leading premium Real Estate Agency is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to support their busy Residential Sales team. The role is highly organised, process-driven and central to the smooth running of sales operations, compliance, and client service. Key Responsibilities Manage diaries, appointments, viewings and inspections for sales agents Prepare and issue sales documentation, including PSRA agreements and solicitor correspondence Maintain accurate property listings, client records and CRM systems Ensure AML, PSRA and compliance documentation is complete and up to date Coordinate marketing materials and ensure property portals are updated Process invoices and purchase orders in coordination with Accounts Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring timely follow-up Support team reporting, meeting preparation and general office administration Liaise with Marketing, Accounts and Compliance to support sales operations Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency Skills & Experience Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Confident user of Microsoft Office and property/CRM systems Self-motivated, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision Collaborative team player with a strong service mindset If you are interested in the role, please send your CV to Sarah Friel in Lex Consultancy.
