Following a recent renovation, they are seeking a Showroom Sales Executive in Cork to provide exceptional customer service, manage relationships, and drive sales.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5 with a rolling Saturday roster. (9am - 1pm)

Responsibilities
* Proactively engage with customers to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.
* Establish yourself as the go-to expert on products and services, providing ongoing support.
* Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
* Handle general customer service inquiries.
* Generate and follow up on sales leads.
* Maintain the showroom, ensuring it is well-organized and presentable.
* Oversee stock control and inventory management.
Requirements
* Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with customers.
* Previous experience in a customer service-focused role.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
* Knowledge of tiles and bathrooms is desirable but not required.
* Plumbing or Bathroom knowledge/experience is a necessity
