With an Irish headcount of 50 working across eight different practice areas, the time has come to hire a Junior Legal PA who can grow with the firm and become a key member of their team.
You will receive excellent training in Legal Support skills.
Ideally, candidates for this role will have 6-12 months experience supporting Solicitors in a small legal practice.
This can be in any practice area but you will need to be able to demonstrate office administration skills and a working knowledge of MS Office.
Over your time in this role, your skills in all the areas below will be developed:
Record maintenance – opening matters, updating client database and updating activities.
Billing – you will be trained in time recording and the administration of commercial billing at all stages.
Diary Management – proactively scheduling meetings and managing conflicts.
Business Development – coordinating events and recording all activities.
