? Your Role: A Day in the Life
Scheduling and supervising daily deliveries and collections
Coordinating with drivers, subcontractors, and customers
Managing transport costs, routing, and documentation
Contributing to driver training, onboarding hauliers, and performance reviews
? What You Bring
Strong people and communication skills – a natural team coordinator
Excellent problem-solving and planning ability
High attention to detail and solid IT/data input skills
Full driver's licence (C/E+C licence is a bonus but not essential)
Requirements
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
Comfortable with IT systems and analysing reports (mileage, tachographs, etc.)
Familiarity with compliance and health & safety in a logistics setting
