About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with service and preparation on a daily basis, supporting the Head Chef and team in delivering exceptional food quality and consistency.
A key aspect of this role is organizing and running the kitchen smoothly, managing junior chefs, ensuring food safety, hygiene, and menu planning are all maintained at the highest standards.
Duties include ordering food supplies, conducting stock counts, implementing food safety protocols, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and developing menus that cater to customer preferences.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef
* Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
* A positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team environment
