AI & Data - AI Lab: UI/UX Engineer – Intelligent Agent Experiences – Senior/Assistant Manager at EY.
As part of EY's AI Lab, you will help turn cutting‑edge AI research into scalable client solutions while designing intuitive user interfaces for AI‑driven applications.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Design and build user interfaces for AI‑driven applications and agent dashboards.
* Translate complex agentic workflows into simple, accessible UX patterns.
* Collaborate with AI and full‑stack teams to embed LLM and autonomous agent interactions within the UI.
* Prototype quickly using Figma, Power Apps and React, gather feedback and iterate with end users.
* Ensure design accessibility, responsiveness and performance across devices.
Required Qualifications
* 3–5+ years' experience in UI/UX development and front‑end engineering.
* Strong proficiency in React/TypeScript and design tools (e.g., Figma).
* Experience integrating front‑ends with APIs and AI services.
* Understanding of user‑centred design principles and UX testing methods.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience building interfaces for chatbots, voice assistants or agentic systems.
* Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate and AI‑enhanced design patterns.
* Passion for trust and transparency in human‑AI interactions.
