Job Title: Operations Coordinator
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our facilities. You will be responsible for scheduling and managing planned preventive maintenance works, assigning and tracking reactive maintenance tasks, and maintaining accurate records in our ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule and manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) works to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
2. Assign and track Reactive Maintenance tasks for on-site teams or contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs.
3. Maintain accurate records in the ERP system to facilitate easy reporting and analysis.
4. Prepare monthly reports on activities, expenditure, and requisitions to inform business decisions.
5. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Facilities Team, including answering queries and resolving issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a facilities, tooling, or accounts environment.
2. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to perform data entry, document preparation, and communication.
3. High attention to detail with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
4. Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders.
6. Fluency in English (written & spoken) is essential for effective communication.
7. Experience with ERP systems and basic accounts processes (invoicing, purchase orders) is an advantage.
