Business Growth Specialist Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role as a Business Growth Specialist. You will be responsible for driving new business development, generating leads, appointments and referrals through day-to-day activities.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategies to drive new business growth
* Generate and convert high-quality leads into sales
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
* Achieve quarterly targets and goals
* Manage and optimize the sales pipeline


Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development
* Strong confidence in value-based and consultative selling
* Ability to sell to different audiences, including Business Owners, Board of Directors and HR Managers
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment attending high-volume meetings
* Previous field-based experience with proven results
