Compliance & Security Officer (OPS Auditor) Our client, a fast-growing regional airline, is seeking a Compliance & Security Officer to join their Compliance & Security team. Reporting to the Head of Security & Compliance, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in aviation compliance, auditing, and operational risk within a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance monitoring across Flight Operations, Cabin Operations, Ground Operations, Crew Training, and OCC. Assess compliance with EASA regulations, AVSEC requirements, IOSA/ISARP standards, and company procedures. Carry out operational and security risk assessments and support mitigation strategies. Review operational manuals, procedures, and records to ensure compliance and identify improvements. Monitor corrective actions and support continuous improvement initiatives. Liaise with regulators and external auditors where required. Requirements 2-5 years' experience within commercial air transport operations. Previous experience in aviation auditing, inspections, or compliance monitoring. Strong knowledge of EASA regulations, AVSEC, SMS, and SeMS. Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage operational risk effectively. Desirable IOSA / ISARP auditing experience. Experience with audit reporting systems.
