Operational Excellence Programme Manager This role plays a critical part in enabling the delivery of multiple concurrent expansion and productivity improvement initiatives across our site. The Programme Manager will work closely with senior functional and business leaders who are accountable for these projects, providing structure, governance, prioritisation, and hands-on support to ensure initiatives move efficiently from discovery and planning through to execution and sustained impact. Key Responsibilities: Enable strategic programmes across site expansion, process improvement, and capacity growth. 1. Create programme plans, budgets, risk registers, and identify project interdependencies. Liaise with stakeholders including PM&OE colleagues to develop guidelines frameworks reporting systems.. 1. Mentor junior team members within PM&OE developing their skills expertise ensuring they contribute effectively towards project success* A successful candidate has significant experience Project/Programme Management methodologies PPM PRINCE2 AGILE etc. Experience Operational Excellence / Lean methodologies (Lean TPS Shingo Six Sigma To C TPM)
