Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven inside Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at our Loughrea Head Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sales (including Marketing, Events & Social Media), building strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry to closing.
Responsibilities
* Lead Generation and Qualification:
* Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels.
* Conduct initial outreach and follow-up calls to prospective clients
* Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
* Sales Process Management:
* Guide clients through the sales process, from initial consultation to contract signing.
* Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation.
* Negotiate terms and close sales effectively.
* Market Research and Analysis:
* Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
* Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
* Reporting and Administration:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
* Social Media & Marketing
* Support the marketing team by posting relevant posts
* Visit client sites to take photos for social media posts
* Event Planning & Management
* Coordinate various activities relating to events including conferences and exhibitions
Requirements
Qualifications
* Proven experience in inside sales, client executive, or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently but more importantly as part of a team.
* Proficiency in CRM software (zoho preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience with social media and content management for posting (no design skills required)
* Knowledge of the housing or real estate industry is a plus.
* Full clean driving license
