Job Description
The Project Manager oversees the Design Manager, who is responsible for the technical management of building projects. This entails a methodical approach, effective team leadership, and expertise in managing design teams and external parties. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
A minimum number of years' experience in contracting environments is required, as well as problem-solving skills, ability to meet deadlines, and appreciation for health and safety, quality, program, and commercial returns.

Required Skills and Qualifications
