Product Owner
to help us shape the next chapter of our journey. You'll join a passionate product team in Dublin, working at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and business growth. Requirements:
* This role will report to the Head of Product and have responsibility for the below:
* Own the product backlog for your pod, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Business stakeholders.
* Translate business and customer needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritised roadmaps.
* Drive delivery of features that enhance customer experience, optimise margins, and unlock new growth opportunities.
* Partner cross-functionally (tech, operations, marketing, finance, partnerships) to ensure smooth execution and measurable impact.
* Analyse data and feedback to continuously improve product performance.
Essential Competencies/ skills :
* 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a tech, e-commerce, or digital product environment.
* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Ability to balance user experience, business goals, and technical constraints.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and KPIs.
