Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
* Proven knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, specifications, and applicable building codes and safety regulations.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and project schedules.
* Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
