Lead Strategic Change Management Initiatives
We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive and deliver on major, cross-functional initiatives within our Capital Markets organization. As a Vice President of Data, Delivery, and Integration, you will lead the intake, assessment, prioritization, planning, and implementation processes surrounding TD Global Finance and TDS Europe.
The successful candidate will have strong experience leading diverse, complex initiatives and regulatory programs with infrastructure implementation. They will be responsible for building relationships and providing leadership and direction in partnership with business and executive stakeholders. The trusted candidate will have a proven ability to lead organizational change management activities within a project.
This is a key role within our EU/APAC DDI team, and the successful candidate will report directly to the Director within the team. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist regional executives manage the intake and funding process for new initiatives.
* Provide regional executives with connectivity to broader Change Delivery team in other regions.
* Ensure end-to-end delivery of locally managed projects.
* Work in close partnership with all project stakeholders to align plans, timelines, expectations, and deliverables to meet project objectives.
* Use negotiation and influencing skills to build consensus amongst diverse stakeholder groups to ensure project deliverables are met.
* Ensure projects are delivered based on agreed scope, agreed timeline, and approved budget.
* Manage resolution of issues and risks effectively and if required ensures timely escalation of the issues and risks.
* Manage project financials, including monthly variance analysis, program benefits, and ongoing costs.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project management artifacts in line with Change Delivery methodologies, in alignment with agile delivery practices.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in a change delivery role within the Capital Markets space with demonstrated experience leading diverse, complex initiatives and regulatory programs with infrastructure implementation.
* Strong working knowledge with project management tools, such as Confluence, JIRA, Clarity, and Tableau.
* Ability to learn quickly and develop a strong understanding of processes at TD and specific projects to effectively support subject matter experts in completing tasks.
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
* Demonstrates superior interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and negotiating skills.
* Pro-active in developing and implementing strategies that significantly mitigate risk.
* Proven ability to lead organizational change management activities within a project.
* Experience in a large complex / matrix organization.
* Demonstrated leadership ability.
* Flexible and able to quickly adapt to unfamiliar, ambiguous, or changing conditions.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
