Software Product Owner Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Software Product Owner. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital products by working closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and customer-facing functions.
* Key Responsibilities:

o Develop and maintain a clear product vision roadmap and backlog aligned with business strategy.
o Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories acceptance criteria and technical tasks.
o Prioritise backlog items based on business value customer impact and technical feasibility.
o Lead sprint planning backlog refinement and review sessions with engineering teams.
o Ensure timely and successful delivery of product increments.
* Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
*
o Partner with engineering data UX operations compliance and commercial teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
o Communicate product goals updates and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Facilitate cross-team alignment and proactively remove blockers.
o Gather and analyse stakeholder feedback to drive continuous product improvements.
* AIRelated Responsibilities:

o Work with AI/ML teams or AI-driven platforms to develop or enhance product features.
o Understand AI constraints data requirements and model deployment considerations.
o Translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions and assess feasibility and impact.
o Ensure ethical compliant and high-quality usage of AI within the product ecosystem.
* User & Market Insight:

o Collaborate with UX and analytics teams to understand customer needs and behaviours.
o Use data research insights and industry trends to inform product decisions.
o Monitor product performance and contribute to continuous optimisation efforts.
