Project Valuation Expert
* Prepare contract final accounts for each completed section of the works.
* Manage and coach surveyors, assistant surveyors, and junior surveyors to ensure accurate valuations and timely completions.
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Valuation Expert with 10+ years of experience in construction/civil engineering projects. Chartered or working towards chartership with the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCS) is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
