About the Role:
We at Noel Group are currently recruiting Food & Beverage Assistants on behalf of a prestigious hospitality venue in Co. Sligo. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a high-quality dining and events environment, delivering outstanding service to guests across restaurant, bar, and function areas. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a friendly, professional, and efficient food and beverage service at all times
* Prepare and set up restaurant, bar, and event spaces to the required standard
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service
* Maintain strong knowledge of menus, beverages, and daily specials
* Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organised, and presented to a high standard
* Support weddings, banquets, and special events as required
* Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures
* Respond to guest requests and queries in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary
* Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service delivery
* Follow company service standards, policies, and procedures
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is desirable
* Bar experience is an advantage but not essential
* A genuine interest in hospitality and guest service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, flexible, and team-focused attitude
* Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* High attention to detail and professional personal presentation
