With an extensive range of complexion products offering over 100 foundation shades, Sculpted by Aimee is dedicated to celebrating real skin and promoting minimal retouching in our social media and campaigns.Note: In June 2024 Sculpted by Aimee was ranked the number one mass cosmetics beauty brand in Boots Ireland’s self‑selection category.About The RoleAccountabilities IncludeLong-term management of assigned accounts for sustainable growth and strong customer relationships.Monitor, progress and review business plans with the team and Head of Wholesale; activate contingency plans when needed.Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.Provide weekly estimates on sales projections with confirmation of upsides and action plans to alleviate shortfalls.Own the promotional planning cycles internally for assigned accounts, providing ideas and insight to deliver sales and market share growth.Analyze retailer executions and optimize future plans based on learnings.Manage all communications with assigned retailers to keep stakeholders up to speed on latest brand plans and activities.Work alongside Trade Marketing to ensure best-in-class in-store executions and stay abreast of in-store developments to share with the team.Collaborate with Consumer Marketing to secure the highest level of marketing support from key retailers.Work closely with other departments (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Trade Marketing and Digital).Build, maintain and execute joint business plans for all accounts.Support sustainable business practices by minimizing waste, promoting responsible sourcing, and reducing environmental impact.Foster a diverse, inclusive, and ethical workplace while contributing to community initiatives internally and externally.Uphold integrity, transparency, and accountability in all business practices.This Role is for you if:You have a natural flair for sales and building relationships with retail buyers and stakeholders.You are commercially minded and obsessed with achieving targets.You can analyze complex data and present solutions that deliver results.You take initiative to learn from previous executions and can adapt plans based on learning.You work well under pressure and can meet deadlines.Key Skills:Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listeningSolid understanding of retail, ecommerce and marketing businessesStrong commercial acumenProven track record as a commercial professional who understands brand and customer (shopper)Independent and self-directed but able to work within a creative, customer-facing teamAbility to navigate and collaborate cross-functionallyQualifications:3+ years experience in Sales/Key Account Management (preferably Boots)Degree in Business or related fieldA sales background with a demonstrated history of sales performanceYou might have…Experience in beauty/cosmetics industrySculpted by Aimee is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment where all employees have equal access to opportunities and everyone’s voices are heard.
