Senior HR Business Partner
Key Job Responsibilities:
* Advise business leaders on workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and organizational change initiatives.
* Provide expert guidance on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and foster a collaborative relationship with the works council.
* Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, contract changes, and dismissals, in coordination with legal and compliance teams.
Requirements:
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization.
* A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability to drive HR strategy and initiatives.
* High discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
Desirable Qualifications:
* University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar generalist HR role, preferably in a matrix or international environment.
* In-depth knowledge of German labor law and experience working with a works council.
