Human Resources Manager
Our organisation is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality HR services across multiple sites.
* Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and staff.
* Assist with employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
* Coordinate performance management systems and learning & development initiatives.
* Maintain accurate HR records and data.
* Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Minimum 3 years experience in a senior HR role in healthcare or related sector.
* Strong background in employee relations and industrial relations.
* Knowledge of Irish and EU employment law.
* Experience with safeguarding, HIQA standards, and Trust in Care processes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
