This is a pivotal role reporting directly to theEstimating Director, working closely with senior commercial and operational leadership across the business.The role has been created to support continued growth and an expanding portfolio of major project opportunities. You will take ownership of high-value tenders, lead pricing strategy from concept through to submission, and play a key role in shaping bid strategy, risk positioning, and value engineering.This position will suit an experienced estimator who is commercially astute, confident working with senior stakeholders, and comfortable balancing detailed hands-on estimating with strategic input at a leadership level.Why This Role Is UniqueThis is a rare opportunity to step into asenior, trusted estimating positionwithin a contractor that genuinely values pre-construction expertise.
