Job Description:
This position is responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of impactful marketing initiatives across the European region. This includes creating, launching, and monitoring the performance of various marketing campaigns, in partnership with third-party vendors, internal stakeholders, and marketing team members to support lead generation and business growth. The role reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Europe.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies for inbound and outbound multi-channel campaigns including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
2. Identify target audiences, their needs, and challenges; tailor assets and activities to engage them effectively.
3. Create content supporting online programs, webinars, and digital campaigns aligned with the audience and buyer’s journey.
4. Collaborate with external agencies such as digital, media, and creative agencies.
5. Work with the US marketing team to leverage global assets and share best practices for European campaigns.
6. Write compelling copy and calls to action tailored to the target audience.
7. Coordinate with field sales to plan and execute European marketing activities.
8. Support marketing programs, especially in digital lead generation.
9. Partner with the corporate sales team to align marketing efforts.
10. Utilize data analytics to track campaign performance and derive insights.
11. Be KPI-driven, with the ability to analyze marketing data and optimize strategies.
12. Display creativity, innovation, and a results-oriented mindset.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Understanding of core digital marketing channels for B2B marketing.
* Familiarity with marketing tools such as SEM Rush, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Excel, LinkedIn, Pardot, or Eloqua.
* Excellent written communication skills in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects under deadlines.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment delivering high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
* Analytical with strategic decision-making skills based on data insights.
* Proactive, dynamic, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
* Good interpersonal and team communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Education and Training:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* 3-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing.
* Experience with data analytics tools and deriving actionable insights from data.
