Assistant Manager

As Assistant Manager, you'll be a key support to the Store Manager and a driving force on the shop floor. You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and help create an energetic, customer-focused environment where people love to shop and work.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Supporting the Store Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the store
2. Leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
3. Managing stock levels, replenishment, and ordering to maximise availability
4. Maintaining high standards of merchandising and store presentation
5. Handling customer queries professionally and turning challenges into positive outcomes
6. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
7. Driving sales, KPIs, and profitability to achieve and exceed targets
What We're Looking For:
8. Previous experience as an Assistant Manager
9. A hands-on leader who thrives in a busy, high-energy environment
10. Strong communication and decision-making skills
11. A passion for customer service and developing people
12. A positive, can-do attitude with ambition to progress
