Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Catering Equipment Specialist to provide ongoing support in servicing and maintaining catering equipment for the southern region. The role will involve troubleshooting, repairing, and upkeeping all relevant equipment to ensure company policies are met.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience with a good working knowledge of catering equipment, servicing, and maintenance. They should be hands-on with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and be able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshooting and problem-solving of catering equipment
* Maintaining, operating, and repairing all relevant equipment
* Performing routine and preventive maintenance
* Inspecting equipment for wear and damage, performing minor repairs and adjustments
* Maintaining inventories, storing, retrieving, assembling, and disassembling equipment as necessary
